Shipping & Returns

Domestic shipping

You are more than welcome to collect your order at the Muizenberg studio - please email me in advance to organise a time. 

I try to process all orders within 2-5 working days, and use repurposed packaging wherever possible :)

A flat shipping rate of R150 is applied to all orders within South Africa, and free delivery is offered for orders over R1500. Orders usually take 3-5 working days to be delivered, but less central areas might take a little longer. 

International shipping

For now, I am only able to ship orders locally. However, if you would like to have your order shipped internationally, please email your order & shipping request to lucie@sofarstudio.co.za and I'll provide you with a quote. 

Please note : many countries may add extra import taxes and VAT to incoming packages from abroad. You will be responsible for any duties or taxes on arrival at your shipment destination, please make sure you are aware of any import responsibilities or duties you might be charged before ordering.

Returns

I really hope that you love your purchase! However, if you've changed your mind about the items you bought, and they are still in the condition in which they were sold to you, you can ​return or ​exchange them within 14 days of your purchase date - just send an email to organise.
Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs as well as the safe delivery to So Far Studio. Items must be returned unused, and all original packaging must be returned or I will be unable to issue a refund. 
I carefully inspect each piece before I package and ship it to you, but in the unlikely case your item is faulty, I will happily fix/replace the item for you. If this is not possible due to limited runs, I will refund the purchase.

Refunds

I will notify you once the return is received and inspected, and if the item is in the original condition then a full refund will be given (via the initial payment method).
